About us

I am Carlo Agliardi and together with my wife Loredana and our children Lorenzo and Margherita, came to live in this property in 2009 with the project to develop a modern organic farm of high quality products trying at the same time to bring a social value by inclusion of people with difficulties, with particular attention to teen drop-outs.

We are coming from the glitzy world of Montecarlo and the industry of large yachting, where I was the president of a top international business (Fraser Yachts); the change has been quite daring but we wanted to grow our children in a more "normal" environment, where nature and human relationships are playing a stronger role than money and success.

The buildings were in a terrible shape and the land was abandoned; we had to invent our selves as realtor and as farmers and we enjoyed every bit of it.

The process of learning farming has been long and not easy and we have made several mistakes but we have established a well respected brand in the entire North Tuscany.

Our children are now ready to fly on their own wings and Lory and I are ready to move on to another project.
