Diversity and rotations are the principles of our farming
Since the beginning of our project we have established the concept of growing as many variety of products as possible; the fertility of the soil, its sandy structure , the abundance of water allow us to grow almost any kind of vegetable.
We have two seasonal cycles: spring-summer and autumn-winter.
At La Fattoria di Corazzano we grow all kinds of vegetables: salads, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, pumpkins, water melons, peppers, artichokes, asparagus, potatoes, cucumbers, cabbages, leeks, onions, green beans,.....
We are also the largest producer of strawberries in the area.
We grow as well chickpeas and spelt.
