Bed & Breakfast

As world travellers we have grown a passion for small and cosy hotels and B&B's; at the Fattoria we have developed a sense of hosting that goes beyond offering accommodation and food; we share our experience and love to learn yours.

We have two en-suite rooms that can be set twin or double; they are part of our house but they have full privacy and independent access.

The  detailing is excellent and  all in pure classic Tuscan style, from the chestnut wood  beams to the wrought iron beds. The whole house has been rebuilt in 2012 with the most modern systems; wi-fi, Tv, air conditioning are all through.

We do not offer dinner or lunch but Lory sets a gorgeous breakfast featuring  home made cakes and cookies, any style eggs and omelettes made with our Farm eggs, home made jams, local prosciutto and salami, local pecorino cheese and more......

We are  right in the middle between Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena , the Chianti region and a thousand sites to be seen and  ...tasted. In an hour drive you'll reach them all.

A new owner could expand greatly this activity upgrading the two other houses and converting the barn into a beautiful restaurant; no restrictions are on conversion of existing buildings.

Also a pool can be built in the property.

The feeling of ancient hamlet will give a special flavor to this project.
