Organic farm
- 54 hectares (133 acres) of fertile and sweetly hilly land, in the middle of a small but open and sunny valley.
- 16 hectares are irrigated through a pumping station and an underground piping network; ideal for growing vegetables.
- 2.5 hectares of vineyard, of which half is Sangiovese vine, 0.7 is Merlot and 0.6 is Cabernet.
- 0.6 ha of olive trees
- 6 ha are arable and cultivated with cereals, legumes and forage
- 26 ha are wood, good for the landscape and for firewood.
- 0.5 ha is a lake, fed by groundwater, providing the annual reserve for irrigation.
- The soil is very sandy (it was a seabed 4 million years ago). Rain and temperatures are good and mark a clear separation between the seasons
